ISPA Members,

The ISPA Board was contacted by Dr. Gary Rosberg with a special message as he stated, "During November of 2016 with the loss of the 4^th and 5^th law enforcement officers in Central Iowa we reached out to Chief Wingert (DMPD), Chief McCarty (Urbandale PD) and acting Chief Jim Barrett (West Des Moines PD) to see if we could help as they each lost officers in the line of duty. Those meetings were the launching pad for Impact Iowa. After meeting with leaders from Fire Departments, military, Dispatch and EMS as well as other leaders of law enforcement we established Impact Iowa as a component of our Honoring America’s Heroes program at America’s Family Coaches."
