ISPA Searches for Replacement to MFPRSI Board

Des Moines Police Chief, Judy Bradshaw, recently announced her retirement and, as the Active Member representative on the Municipal Fire and Police Retirement System of Iowa (MFPRSI), she is leaving more than just her job as a police chief. Chief Bradshaw’s last MFPRSI Board meeting was August 28, 2014.

The ISPA is currently searching for a replacement for Chief Bradshaw’s position on the MFPRSI Board. Applicants must be an active member of MFPRSI and able to attend all MFPRSI board meetings. Any active member is eligible to serve in this role. The next meeting will take place on October 9, 2014. Anyone interested should contact ISPA President, Eric Snyder, at ISPAonline@gmail.com.
