ISPA Vice-President Robert W."Bob" Flannery, 64, of Dubuque lost his battle with cancer and died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
It is with a heavy heart we are sad to report that ISPA Vice-President Robert W."Bob" Flannery, 64, of Dubuque lost his battle with cancer and died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 Kennedy Road, Dubuque. Visitation will be there Tuesday from 3 to 8 pm.
