ISPA/RTC BOARD AT THE CAPITOL

The ISPA/RTC Board was at the Capitol in Des Moines on Wednesday March 2, 2016 for the annual Coalition for Families and Children's Services Legislative Breakfast, bringing awareness to agencies like Rabiner Treatment Center. We meet with a lot of legislators lobbying for both RTC and issues that are important to law enforcement.
