Overview: A two-week course that teaches strong foundational supervisory and managerial skills to first-line supervisors. The authoritative SPP curriculum emphasizes leadership challenges that today’s supervisors encounter and focuses on understanding human behavior and day-to-day work relationships with subordinates, superiors, & the public.
